It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a bedroom featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a private terrace. It's just an 8-minute walk from the tram, making it ideal for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Lyon.

Welcome! Step into this charming 36 m² apartment and discover a bright, elegantly decorated space designed with care and style. The living area features a very comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, a TV, and a desk that’s perfect for getting work done. The dining area includes a table that seats up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals: an oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available for your convenience. The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200) made up with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. It opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunny days. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and bathtub. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure everything is spotless for your arrival. All that’s left to do is unpack and enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
