Welcome to my 60 m² flat on the 4th and top floor in Lyon. It can comfortably accommodate four people, with 2 bedrooms featuring king-size beds, its fully equipped kitchen, its living room with a sofa bed, and its bathroom. Ideally situated just five minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in Vieux Lyon.
Space
Welcome to this lovely 60 m² flat, situated on the 4th floor (no lift). This flat, which is both quiet and cosy, has been carefully decorated and renovated by a renowned architect to make you feel right at home. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, fitted with a sofa bed (160 x 200) and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), cookware and crockery. The accommodation comprises a duplex bedroom, thoughtfully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. It is accessed via a staircase. A second bedroom is available on the main floor. Both have a king-size bed – measuring 180 x 200 – made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space and a safe are provided to help you settle in comfortably. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a large mirror. You’ll also find a washing machine for added convenience. The toilet is located within the bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is unpack your bags and make the most of your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
