Comfort, peace & convenience This 25m² apartment on the 1st floor (with lift) is in a quiet residential area, so you can enjoy a bit of peace while still having easy access to the city centre. It has a double bed, a sofa bed, and can accommodate up to 3 people (albeit it's a bit of a squeeze), plus a kitchen with the basics for simple meals. We’ll have fresh towels and some toiletries ready for you, along with Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. Just so you know: The lift is pretty narrow, so it’s not ideal for guests with reduced mobility. We like to keep things honest so you know what to expect, while still enjoying a clean, comfy stay with GuestReady Essential. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
