This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

As a guest, you should take the time to go through the information on the alarm system etc. before you arrive. The house key is stored in a technical cupboard, which you have to open with a screwdriv
