The living room offers a cozy seating area, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table, all filled with natural light—perfect for relaxing or spending time with your group. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, essential cookware, and crockery for all your cooking needs. A washer is also provided for your convenience. Large windows flood the space with sunlight, and a balcony is available to enjoy some fresh air. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second has a standard double bed. Both rooms are tastefully decorated, with beds dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
