Welcome to my apartment! Located on the 57th floor of a modern high-rise with elevator access, this stunning two-bedroom home offers sweeping views of Palm Jumeirah in the vibrant Dubai Marina! Tastefully decorated with luxury, the main living area overlooks the Dubai Marina with a sofa, a smart TV, and a glass dining table that seats four people. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the magnificent views. The kitchen has all the essentials to make home-cooked meals, including an electric stove and oven, microwave, electric kettle, utensils, cookware, and cutleries. Feel free to make use of the coffee machine available as well at your leisure. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. There are two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the second with a queen bed. Both are lined in complimentary hotel-quality linens and offer a view of the Marina. Three bathrooms are available, containing all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Rest assured, the apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.
