It's possible to find a Waitrose grocery store just outside the building. Near the Marina walk, it's a perfect place to jog, overlook the Yachts, and admire the skylines. JBR Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of fantastic restaurants by the Marina. You could also head to the Dubai Marina Mall, only 8 minutes by car, for leisurely shopping or to watch a movie.

Welcome to my home! This wonderful one-bedroom apartment is on the 29th floor with elevator access. The spacious living room is as stylish as it is functional. It features a sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table that is large enough to accommodate four people. The space includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a large balcony, furnished with a sofa and dining set to help you fully relax and enjoy spectacular day and night views of the Marina and partial views of the legendary Palm Jumeirah. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances such as Smeg, a Nespresso Vertu coffee machine, a Nutri-bullet, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfill any of your culinary requirements. Your home away from home is decked out with high-tech Dyson accessories alongside a washer and dryer for your convenience. The bedroom has an extra large king-sized bed, dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The bathroom also offers a large rain shower and bathtub, a professional make-up mirror, a Dyson hairdryer, and 'his and her' basins alongside fresh towels and toiletries. This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our house on time and of the best quality.
