This 48 m2 apartment has been refurbished and is ideally located on the Promenade des Anglais, not far from the city center. Very functional, it has everything you need to comfortably accommodate 4 people, ideal for a family, couple or a group of friends. A balcony is at your disposal with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunny days! ## The accommodation It is in this beautiful 48 m2 apartment that I welcome you during your Niçoise getaway. Ideally located on the Promenade des Anglais, you will be close to all amenities and can reach the city center quickly, as well as the Niçoise beaches. With its modern furniture and the comfort of having a balcony, you will have all the essentials for a perfect stay! It consists of: - A bright living room with direct access to the balcony. It has a corner sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. - A modern kitchen open to the living room with everything you need to prepare good meals: microwave, oven, cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine and cooking utensils. A bar and 2 high chairs are also at your disposal. - A beautiful bedroom with a comfortable double bed and storage spaces. - Clean and well-maintained bathroom with bathtub, sink, towel-dryer and hair-dryer. The toilets are separate. You will have at your disposal: air conditioning (reversible), a washing machine (and dryer at the same time), ironing equipment and storage space. Double glazing in all windows gives you more tranquility. For your convenience, towels and bed sheets are provided, as well as vanity kits and a few coffee capsules. Naturally Wifi is accessible and free!
Access
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a secure building, accessible by elevator. Attention: The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. You will have at your disposal a set of keys. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by Luckey, who will ensure the smooth running of your stay: delivery of keys, towels and sheets of hotel quality, professional cleaning but also assistance in case of need.
