Elegant and centrally located, this superb, tastefully decorated, air-conditioned LOFT sleeps 4. A double bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed and a single sofa in the living room. Ideal for 4 people. Fully equipped, you'll have everything you need
Space
This former architectural design office has been refurbished, preserving its distinctive features: sliding partitions, glass roofs and XXL bay windows. The decoration also honors the history of this place which, in the 70s, coupled with the store below (Knoll international) was a Mecca of Modern Art. The bar below the accommodation, as mentioned in the comments, is a possible nuisance. You have an extra bed in the living room, which is comfortable. The bay window in the living room can be closed completely with an electric blind.

The apartment is ideally located in Nice's carré d'or district. You have immediate access to the pedestrian street and its shops. The loft is 200 meters from the famous Promenade des Anglais. Also 400m from the Negresco.
