Beautiful, bright and quiet 40m² apartment in a private passageway, completely renovated by an interior designer with one bedroom and a large, fully-equipped living room/kitchen including sofa bed. Tv/Internet available. In the center of Lyon, a few metro stops from the Part-Dieu station and a 5-minute walk from the Presqu'ile. Welcome
Space
Fully equipped and comfortable 40m² T2 apartment, recently renovated (2023) by decorator Ellie&co. The kitchen opens onto the living room, with a separate bedroom and direct access to the bathroom from the bedroom or living room. You'll find a few paintings by French artist GoddoG. The queen-size bed (160X200) has an EMMA mattress, and the convertible sofa has a real mattress. The apartment has 4 double-glazed windows with blackout curtains, 2 in the living room and 2 in the bedroom. It is located in a private one-way passage with very little traffic and no direct neighbours.
Access
Access by foot, car, bus and Metro (5 minutes from "Foch" station). The flat is on the 2nd floor without a lift. Velo'V station nearby.
