Situated on the 47th floor with stairs, our charming two-bedroom apartment is located at the Vida Marina and offers a luxurious living space and a gateway to the myriad adventures and experiences that Dubai Marina has to offer. Discover the perfect blend of comfort and excitement in this sophisticated urban retreat. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a plush sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door leading to a connected balcony from the living room to the bedroom, perfect for unwinding. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second has a queen-sized bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this copy of your passport to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
