Designed with an open-plan living room and bedroom complete with high-end room amenities, this home is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The luxurious king bed has complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. With multiple windows throughout the space, you can enjoy the sunlight from the comfort of your home. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The studio has been professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of AED 150. This fee must be paid in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process. Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED X per night. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our property in the best quality and on time. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests. Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum. Kindly note that the minimum age for check-in is 18.
