Our 62 m2 flat is located on the 5th floor and has a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Space
Welcome to our home! Bright and airy, this beautiful flat is located in a popular area of Cannes: Pointe Croisette, near Palm Beach. It has a superb sunny terrace overlooking the sea, allowing you to enjoy sunny days. Equipped with a sofa bed and a table for lunch or dinner, the large living room is spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you may need to prepare a delicious meal, including a coffee machine, oven, microwave, and kettle. The bedroom has a very comfortable 160x200 bed and a TV. Free hotel-quality bed linen will be provided on arrival. Please note that a baby can be accommodated in the apartment; a baby cot, stroller, board games, books, and beach toys are available. A closed box in the residence's garage is available (maximum height 1.80 m). Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. Enjoy your stay!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.

it was complicated to find the car park! but we were given a quick explanation over the phone. Everything else went smoothly. one suggestion: leave some coffee pods, washing machine pods, dishwasher
