This is a fantastic 1 bedroom apartment in one of the best places on Earth, Lyon! It is a very spacious and cosy place, with all commodities you could possibly need, close to many excellent restaurants and shops and the top attraction of course! The apartment is very central and is ideal for couples or friends.
Space
Welcome to my home! The spacious living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a working desk and a fan. The area features a large stone wall that warms up the space making it inviting. This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric plate, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and other utilities for your use. You also have a washing machine and a dining table. Very cosy and bright, the bedroom has a double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. It also has a wardrobe, a working desk and a fan. Last but no less important, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: There are two fans available in this flat.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
