The apartment is composed of an entrance with a desk, a nice living space with a sitting area, TV and convertible sofa that can accommodate 2 people, a dining room, an open equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Small particularity, it is necessary to pass by the room to reach the bathroom and there are 2 steps to reach the shower and the WC. We leave at your disposal books that you can of course borrow, we ask you please to take care of them and to put them back in their place after use. The apartment is equipped with wifi. For your convenience, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel quality laundry (bed linen already set up, towels, bath mats, dish towels) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 makeup remover discs, 4 cotton swabs, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa sticks, 3 candy bars, 2 mini biscuits); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet, 1 dishwasher tablet).
