Welcome to my 58m2 apartment with a beautiful, quiet terrace. Completely renovated, you will be charmed by a modern, contemporary and refined decor. Comfortably equipped for 4 people, its location in the 6th arrondissement, on the banks of the Rhône, is ideal for a tourist or professional stay.
Space
The accommodation consists of an entrance with storage, a beautiful living space with a sofa bed for two, TV Canal + TV and Netflix (Lyon apartment profile) with the possibility of a Chromecast system. fitted kitchen open to the living room which opens onto a quiet terrace. Separate bedroom with double bed, no TV channel on the TV in the bedroom. Bathroom with shower, led mirror and wc. Wifi throughout the apartment. This is my main residence, please take care of it and respect the internal rules: no parties, moderate noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., non-smoking accommodation and no pets. For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel quality laundry (bed linen already set up, towels, bath mat, tea towel) and 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo , 1 shower gel, 1 soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton swabs, 1 nail file); 1 yummy kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the apartment (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning fee.
Access
You will find paid parking spaces along the quay. The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator and is entirely reserved for travellers. The terrace is private, it overlooks the courtyard.
