Please note all the issues mentioned in the reviews were from 2023 and have now been resolved.

Welcome to your Leith retreat! This bright, contemporary flat offers everything for a comfortable, stylish Edinburgh stay. Living Area: Spacious modern lounge with comfortable sofas, Smart TV for streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, BBC iPlayer, and more. Large windows create a light-filled space perfect for relaxing after exploring the neighbourhood. Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen with fridge, air fryer, oven, stove, toaster, and comprehensive cookware. Bedrooms: Two generous double bedrooms, each with fresh hotel-quality linens, ample storage, and a peaceful atmosphere. Sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms—one with bathtub, the other with spacious walk-in shower and heated towel rack. Please note there is no hairdryer Size: 100m² of modern, well-designed living space. Enjoy your stay!


Access

Guests will have access to the entire home! The keys will need to be picked up from a store about a 6 minute walk away. Self check-in details and access instructions will be provided before arrival.


Interaction

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.


Other information

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

The apartment is big and kitchen well equipped. Very quiet surroundings; small groceryshop across the street. Leith is very charming! There is easy communication to the city center / bus and tram.
