Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 6th floor with elevator access, our sunny apartment has all you'll need for a comfortable stay. In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a coffee table, an armchair, a projector that can be connected to your laptop to play films / TV shows, and board games for you and your family/friends, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door leading to a furnished balcony with the view of the Royal Docks, Excel centre and O2, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well and additional workspace for your convenience. The bathroom contains all the essentials including a bath and an attached shower; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
Access
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Other information
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
