Welcome! This lovely 67m2 apartment is on the 17th floor, accessible by lift. The flat is situated at the base of Devons Road DLR in Bow. It's a newly built condo conveniently close to Stratford, Canary Wharf, and Mile End. Bromley-by-Bow Underground station also provides easy access to the flat. The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The space features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a furnished balcony, providing the perfect spot to relax and take in the expansive city views. Throughout the flat, there are integrated Hue lighting systems with a variety of colour options and motorised blinds. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the queen beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
