The kitchen is complete with all the mod-cons you need to make a hearty meal at home. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed that will be made up with hotel-quality linens, to ensure you have a good night's sleep. On top of that, there is plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and drawers that you can make use of. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, and we have also provided a hairdryer, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your comfort and convenience! We hope you have a fantastic stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.

perfect location and view. The apartment is very comfortable is the second time I am staying here and I really enjoyed it. Very prompt and easy communication with the host.
