This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for two. There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a double bed. Both beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Noise pollution, parties and irresponsible behavior are strictly forbidden, especially after 10 pm. Please respect common areas (hall, stairs, elevators) and elevators. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a reduction of the security deposit. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Parcel deliveries must be made to a pick-up point, as no mailbox is available. Keys must never be left in the mailbox, as this makes the property vulnerable to theft. Failure to respect this rule may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
