This apartment is located on Place de la République, in Villeneuve-d'Ascq. It is on the ground floor (bedrooms upstairs) of a typical northern French building. The Parking in front of the building (subject to availability) is in a restricted time area. You will need to bring or buy a stationary disk to show your real parking time. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips!

The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.
