Located on Place de la République in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, this apartment is on the first floor (no elevator) of a characteristic building in the north of France. The Parking in front of the building (subject to availability) is in a restricted time area. You will need a stationary disk.

The apartment is composed as follows: - Living room with open kitchen - Bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet - Double bed with quality bedding Please note that the accommodation does not have shutters, only blackout curtains. You will have access to washing machines (shared with the other occupants) in a room located in the cellar (level -1). The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.
