The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops. The Devesas train station is 22 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to our home! This delightful 64 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift access. The modest yet well-lit living room features a plush sofa, a dining area set for four, a flat-screen TV, and a functioning fireplace to keep you warm on cold nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and cutleries, such as a stove, a fridge, a microwave, and an oven. So, feel free to whip up some delicious home-cooked meals! If you wish to rest, both bedrooms in the house have queen beds and bunk beds. All the beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens to make your stay more comfortable. One of the bedrooms is an interior room without direct outside windows. The bathroom has all the amenities required for you to freshen up, including a sink, a toilet, and a walk-in shower. We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience. I hope you have a fantastic stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
