In a 15-minute walk, enjoying a fantastic view over the Douro River and Ribeira, you will reach the famous Port Wine Cellars. Beside a small park, you will find from local shops, pharmacy, bank, butcher, cafes, restaurants and even large commercial surfaces. The place is well lit and right in the center of Gaia. If you are visiting Porto, it is just 5 minutes from the center and historic area by metro. The apartment is also not far from the river, wine cellars and many other attractions around. Gaia Cable Car is 2 km from Gaia Gardens Apartments, while Arrábida Shopping is 5 km away. The nearest airport is Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, 14 km from the property.

The apartment features three double bedrooms, each designed for comfort and rest. NOTE: This is a no-elevator building, and you must climb some stairs to access the apartment

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
