Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 102m² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. Although it is on the ground floor, guests must climb a few stairs. It is designed with a modern and elegant style, providing a peaceful ambience to guests. The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings with your favourite shows. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals. There are two beautiful bedrooms, each of which includes a queen bed, multiple storage spaces and an ensuite bathroom. The apartment also opens onto a lovely terrace, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and fresh air. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Great place to stay close to the beach and downtown Viana. Everything is brand new, washer, dryer, quiet area. I will stay in the future.
