Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 95 m² three-bedroom apartment in Valencia offers a bright, comfortable, and welcoming space for your stay in this vibrant city. Situated on the 4th floor and easily accessible by lift, it’s the perfect home base whether you're here for work or leisure. The open-plan living area is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and connection. It features a comfortable sofa, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Step out onto the private balcony, where you'll find a seating area ideal for lounging or enjoying a morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also features a dishwasher to make cleanup easy, along with a washing machine and ironing equipment to take care of any laundry needs during your stay. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also includes a double bed, while the third has a single bed—making the space ideal for families, couples, or small groups. All beds are made up of complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. If you're travelling with a baby, a crib is also available for your convenience. Both bathrooms are stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries, so you can settle in and feel at home from the moment you arrive. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive our agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form is completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Check-in hours: from 15:00 to 22:00. Please note that check-ins after 22:00 may incur an additional cost.

Po prostu cudownie: otrzymałem dokładnie to, co obiecywał pobyt, poza tym, że mogliśmy spacerować do wszystkich interesujących miejsc. Kabina prysznicowa była niewielka, ale bardzo funkcjonalna.
