Welcome. The MAR apartment, about 20 m² and with 1 bedroom, in Valencia is the perfect choice for couples or families looking for a comfortable and cozy holiday apartment. The property is located on the ground floor at street level. This apartment is designed with an open-plan layout. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, as well as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher, along with a washing machine and an iron to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with bed linen, as does the sofa bed. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Important note about ground-floor, street-level apartments: As a ground-floor apartment at street level, it is normal for these properties to experience some humidity and occasional insect presence despite regular professional cleaning. This is typical during certain seasons in the city and is not a reflection of poor maintenance. The property does not have windows but benefits from good ventilation. Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
