Welcome to my apartment! This charming 84m² four-bedroom apartment in Malva-Rosa is perfect for guests wanting to stay near the beach. Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Malvarrosa Beach in Valencia. The property is on the 1st floor and is accessible by stairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a television, and a dining table, creating a cozy space to relax with your companions. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, and microwave, ensuring you have everything you need. For added convenience, the apartment includes a dishwasher as well as a washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment. The apartment has four well-equipped bedrooms: three with double beds and one with a single bed, all made up with fresh linens. Two full bathrooms include clean towels and complimentary toiletries for the first few days. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
