The apartment has capacity for 4 people, making it perfect for couples, families or groups of friends. It features 2 double bedrooms, each with double beds, both with bed linen included for your comfort. It has a complete bathroom, equipped with everything you need for your stay and courtesy amenities (shampoo, soap, gel) for the first days. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your meals with complete comfort, with basic utensils and equipment for everyday use. In the apartment you will also find a washing machine and ironing equipment, available throughout your stay. Furthermore, the apartment has a desk, ideal for those who need to work or study during their visit. The space is in an excellent location, with easy access to public transport that quickly connects with the main areas of Valencia, allowing you to move around the city without complications. It is located in a charming neighborhood, surrounded by all necessary services such as restaurants, supermarkets and shops, so you won't lack anything during your stay. Note: the apartment is a 2nd floor without elevator. However, its location and excellent connection with public transport more than compensate for this detail. Finally: please note that this apartment is for short-term rental. It is not available for stays for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation it is essential to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide the reason for the stay. After the reservation, you will receive the contract for signature. Check-in at this accommodation is self check-in with smart lock. You need to have a smartphone with battery and internet connection; no physical keys are used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access link and instructions a few days before your arrival, once your check-in registration is complete. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bag. If you need cleaning or additional bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public services will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Note: this apartment is for short-term rental. It is not available for stays for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation it is essential to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide the reason for the stay. After the reservation, you will receive the contract for signature. Without its signature, the reservation will be cancelled without the right to a refund. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy at the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the home if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a penalty of a minimum of €200 for smoking. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Wszystko było w porządku. Mieszkanie jest ładne i czyste, odnowione, a kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Lokalizacja jest dobra – blisko stacji metra i przystanku autobusowego.
