The open living area is the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring, with a comfortable sitting space and TV for your entertainment. The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for sharing meals and moments, complete with essential cookware, a cooking plate, oven, microwave, and dishwasher to make your stay hassle-free. With four welcoming bedrooms—three featuring double beds and the fourth with two single beds—you'll have plenty of space to unwind and recharge. The three bathrooms come with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to help you feel at home. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The location waa great with plenty of public transportation nearby. It is about 2km from Artes y Ciencias, definitely walkable. Beach is close by too so good options to run nearby. Supermarkets a bloc
