Welcome to my home! This charming 41 m² apartment is ideally located close to top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The property is located at street level, so it's important to consider that there may be some noise due to the traffic of vehicles and pedestrians in the area. The bright living area features a comfortable sofa-bed to relax on, a TV for catching up on your favourite shows, and a dining table for enjoying meals together. Plenty of natural light fills the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchenette with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. You’ll find an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, as well as cookware, cutlery, and other useful appliances at your disposal. The cosy bedroom offers a double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep, along with hangers for your belongings and an additional TV for your entertainment. The bathroom comes stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and unwind during your stay. For your comfort and peace of mind, the apartment is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
