Cleaning services upon request and appointment with our team: replacement of linen and ongoing cleaning by our team as part of the cleaning package mentioned in the listing. --> Please remember that you will be staying in our accommodation and not a hotel. Kindly respect the premises and the neighborhood. --> We kindly request that you leave the place in good condition as you found it upon arrival, empty the trash and dispose of it in the containers located in the courtyard. The door is located on the right at the back before the passageway. Please make sure to close the windows, lower the heating, turn off all lights, and if possible, remove the sheets and place them along with the towels in the bathroom. --> If you encounter any issues, I will make sure to take immediate action as soon as possible. However, please note that there is no one living on-site 24/7. --> Cleaning is included and provided for by professionals for restoring the place to its original state. The dishes should be washed and put away before your departure. An additional fee of €10 will be requested otherwise or upon your request. --> Sheets and towels will be provided for each guest. Change of linen will be done upon request and with an additional fee. --> Upon arrival, you will find soap, shower gel, coffee, and tea at your disposal for the first day of your visit.
