See you soon! - By train: Troyes station is a 10-minute walk away - By vehicle: Free parking: 1. On the street during the free hours, in the evening after 5:00 PM, and on weekends. 2. Less than 5 min walk: Victor Hugo or Delestriant parking 💡 How are the keys handed over? It's very simple. Entry into the premises is done autonomously for your utmost comfort thanks to the key box. The procedure will be communicated to you later for a smooth arrival. 💡 Are you the only tenants of the accommodation? Yes. 💡 Is the wifi connection private and free? Yes, subject to the quality of the provider's service.

The Mon Groom team ensures to always remain available (from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., every day). You can contact us directly via messaging or by phone. In case of an emergency, a team member will come to your accommodation. As no member of Mon Groom lives on site, immediate intervention cannot be considered. However, being committed to a quality approach, we will intervene within reasonable delays so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

To remember: 1. Please respect the premises and the neighborhood. Your stay takes place in a dwelling, not a hotel. 2. Upon departure, please leave the premises in good condition, as upon arrival: empty the bins into the containers, close the windows, lower the heating, and turn off the lights. 3. In case of a problem, our team will strive to take immediate action, but note that there is no on-site staff. 4. Cleaning is planned for a return of the property to its original state, including cleaning of the premises and laundry by professionals. This does not include washing dishes, various waste, deodorization, etc... The dishes must be clean and put away. An additional fee of €25 will be requested for extra costs. 5. Sheets and towels provided: change during the stay upon request with an additional charge. 6. An additional cleaning service is available for an amount of €50, to be requested before your arrival. 7. Supplies for your arrival are provided. Products for the rest of the stay are at your expense. 8. Early arrival and late departure possible at an extra charge and subject to availability. 9. Failure to comply with the internal regulations (presence of animals, smoke smells regardless of their origin, etc.) will result in an additional charge of €50 for management fees. 10. Heating and water must be used responsibly and in accordance with the rules established by law. Their use is intended for the number of travelers indicated on the booking. If we notice excessive consumption, such as usage that doesn't match the number of travelers, a reimbursement of the expenses incurred will be requested.
