Located near the train station, in the city center of Tours, this charming, renovated 21m² studio will appeal to you for your business trips or to discover the city and its surroundings. Well thought out and well arranged, you can enjoy a comfortable 160x200cm bed to relax in front of the TV (with Netflix) while taking advantage of the fiber Wifi connection after your visits or a day of work. The kitchen area is fully equipped so you can cook like at home (toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hotplates, etc.). A table and two chairs will allow you to eat peacefully. A bathroom with shower completes the studio. The toilets are separate. You will also have a large closet to store all your belongings. Big plus: you will have a private parking space :) Everything is there for you to have a good stay: immediate proximity to the station (the studio overlooks the street and not the rails), private parking space, a launderette is available in the residence with washing machine and dryer , proximity to the city center and shops, proximity to public transport. You can do everything on foot or by public transport. Don't hesitate to book and settle down in this beautiful, fully equipped studio!

It's just 200 meters from Tours train station (if you arrive at St Pierre des Corps station, shuttle buses run between the two stations in 5 minutes). You will have access to a private parking space. The accommodation is located on the 6th floor with elevator.
