You will have access to the entire property for the duration of your stay. Meridian Bay car park (Trawler Road). Accessible with a fob. Allocated space for 1 car on level two, space number 155.

Checkin to this property is handled remotely by our dedicated guest support team who are there to help you with everything you may need during your stay. You will receive a message from us once you book to complete your checkin so we can share all the checkin information including access codes. You can communicate with us via your platform messaging. We also have a dedicated guest phone line open 9am-10pm daily.

Check-in is between 4pm-7pm. Please note, charges may apply to check-ins before and after this time. Late Check-ins must be arranged in advance with a minimum of 48 hours notice (£60 out of hours charge may apply). Early Check-ins will incur a £20 charge (subject to availability). Late Check-outs will incur a £10 per hour charge with a minimum of 24 hours notice (subject to availability). Parking for larger vehicles, in the assigned spaces, at the Meridian Quay can be challenging. Please be careful when manoeuvring your vehicle. Alternative open-air public car parks are close by if you would prefer to use them, although charges apply. For new guests to Airbnb with no trips or reviews: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a £250 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
