Welcome to my house! This charming 100 m² one-bedroom house in Madeira is the perfect retreat for surfers and couples seeking comfort and privacy. Accessed via a flight of stairs, the house offers a peaceful setting with stylish interiors and thoughtful amenities. The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table, perfect for relaxed evenings after a day of exploring or surfing. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light and open onto a furnished patio, where you can unwind and enjoy the island breeze. For added indulgence, the property boasts a jacuzzi, making it an ideal spot to relax your muscles after a long surf session. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including an electric hob and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals at home. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes all the essentials, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note that construction is currently taking place next door, which may result in noise during business hours. At this time, there is no confirmed completion date for the works.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
