Ideally located close to some of the area's top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants, you'll have everything you need right at your doorstep. The bright and welcoming living room features a comfortable sofa where you can unwind, a large-screen TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table for sharing meals. Large windows allow plenty of natural sunlight to fill the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. From here, you can also step out onto the private balcony and enjoy stunning sea views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, cutlery, and other essential kitchen appliances. The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms. The first features two single beds and a chest of drawers, while the second is furnished with one single bed. All beds are prepared with complimentary, hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials for your convenience, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. To ensure a pleasant and worry-free experience, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you have a wonderful stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
