Welcome to my apartment! This 80m2 2-bedroom apartment in Caniço Madeira is the perfect place for families and friends to relax and enjoy a holiday together. The property is located on the second floor and is accessible by lift. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with ample storage units. Every bed is outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

I had a great stay here! The apartment was very clean and in good condition throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made cooking super convenient, and the balcony was a lovely bonus for relax
