Centrally located just a 2 minute walk to the Garibaldi metro station, and close to various top attractions such as the antique market (the famous "Puces de Saint-Ouen") and the Seine, it's the perfect base for anyone looking to explore the beautiful city of Paris. Designed with an open floor plan, the apartment is perfect for solo travellers and couples. Here you'll find a fully equipped with all the kitchen basics needed to prepare yourself a meal, fresh towels, bed linens, and 24/7 guest support to assist you anytime. A Note for Expectations: This is a self check-in property, and you will need to go to another stop approximately 15 minutes from the property to pick up your keys. You will also need to drop the keys off at the same location after you check out. We believe in being upfront so you can plan your stay with the right expectations—and still enjoy the comfort, convenience, and hospitality that GuestReady Essential provides. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: The building will undergo façade renovation, and scaffolding will be installed from mid-April at the earliest (no end date confirmed). Disruption should be limited. The apartment will remain bright, and windows can be opened, but views will be affected, and the balcony will not be accessible during this period.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
