Welcome to my studio! This charming 50 m² studio in Porto is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. The living area is thoughtfully designed and features a comfortable single sofa bed and a TV to enjoy your favourite shows. The adjacent sleeping area features a twin bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights. The kitchen area includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, such as an electric hub, a microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. A dishwasher is also provided to make cleanup quick and easy. The bathroom comes with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries for a comfortable stay. BE AWARE THAT THE STUDIO IS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
