Welcome to my home! A delightful open space studio, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a double bed, that will be made up with hotel quality linen, and a TV. There's a nice and fully equipped kitchenette, with all the essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a cooking plate, a coffee maker, and stove. You can dine on the bar chairs available on the kitchen counter. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and mirror: fresh towels and free toiletries, for your convenience. For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. Enjoy your stay!

Note: Please keep in mind that although a cosy place it is located in a noisy area. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
