Welcome to my apartment! This spacious 142m2, 3-bedroom duplex apartment in Porto is perfect for families and friends who want to explore this vibrant city together. Please note that construction work is taking place in front of the apartment, and noise disturbance is expected. We apologise for any inconvenience. The building boasts excellent amenities, including an indoor swimming pool and a gym, perfect for keeping active during your stay. Please note that the pool heat pump is currently out of service. The property is on the 10th floor, accessible by elevator, and has private parking for one vehicle. Designed in an open plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a large-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. There is also a private balcony with seating areas to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential kitchen utensils and cutlery, such as a stove, oven, and microwave, for delicious meals. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher for easy cleaning up after meals and a washing machine, clothesline, and ironing equipment to satisfy your laundry needs. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor, offering privacy and comfort. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, a private balcony with seating, and a private bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the third has two single beds. All beds are equipped with hotel-quality bedding for maximum comfort. The two full bathrooms and one service bathroom contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
