The apartment features two bathrooms, each offering a refreshing shower experience, complete with towels and a hairdryer for your convenience. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Air conditioning is available in the living room and the rear bedroom only. The other bedroom does not have air conditioning. Its electric heater provides heating only, not cooling. This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
