Welcome to my studio! This cosy 35m² studio in Porto is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. It is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs. The living area is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, creating a welcoming space to relax and dine. The bedroom is located in a separate area of the studio, partially divided from the living room by a partition wall. This creates a sense of privacy while maintaining the space's open and cosy layout. It features a plush queen bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights. The fully equipped kitchenette comes with everything you need to prepare meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For your convenience, the property includes ironing equipment to handle your laundry needs with ease. The modern bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
