Welcome to my studio! Modern furnished with comfort in mind, this eclectic 45m2 studio is close to various top attractions in Porto such as Jardim de Teófilo Braga, Slava Ukrain I - Street art. The Lapa station is only a 6-minute walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease.” This studio is designed with open living, dining and kitchen area. Relax in the living room which features a comfy double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There’s also a door leading to the balcony. The building offers a shared terrace for guests to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to cook including coffee maker, microwave, fridge and oven. The dining area can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The apartment also comes with ironing equipment should you need it. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need such as toilet, shower and hair dryer. Towels and toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. You can store your bags free of charge at the Welcome Center. The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
