Housed in a building built from scratch in 2021, the apartment is located in a prime area of the city, very close to the center. The building has a gardened common area, entrance hall with toilet, elevator and private parking spaces.

The apartment overlooks the main street and offers spacious rooms, high-quality finishes, and carefully selected furniture and décor designed to provide exceptional comfort. Whether you are staying overnight, for a weekend or for a season, the apartment can accommodate from one to four people. In the bedroom, guests can choose between a double bed or two single beds. For added convenience, in addition to a dedicated parking space, the apartment is equipped with some small appliances, utensils and essential products so that guests can have all the essential amenities during their stay. The surrounding area is safe and quiet, and the apartment is within walking distance of convenient places (restaurants, cafes, markets, shopping centers, etc.) and other points of interest.

Access to the apartment can be via the main door of the building using a code, or via the garage using a remote control. In both cases, guests can choose to use the lift or the stairs.
