Welcome to our home! This lovely apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs. Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer! The kitchen is fully equipped, with a cooking plate, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage. There is a living area with a sofa where you can relax after a day in the city and a balcony to relax the view over the green backyard. The bedrooms come with comfy beds with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The access to the mezzanine is through a ladder, which adds a unique touch to the house's layout. The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: There is some construction work nearby! And there is no elevator in the building.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
