Welcome to our home! Fully furnished with all the comforts you may need, the apartment accommodates up to 4 people comfortably with two double bedrooms. Please note that one of the bedrooms doesn't have a window. Please note that the flat is located on a busy street and above an Irish Pub, so there may be some noise during the day and late at night. The main living area comprises an open-plan living and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen just around the corner. Feel free to whip yourself up a nice hot meal and enjoy it with your partner or friends and family around the table or while watching TV. Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Please note that the flat is located on a busy street with an Irish pub on the ground floor, so you may hear some lively noise during the day and late at night, including occasional daytime construction sounds.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
