This two-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions (e.g., D. Luis Bridge, Porto River), good restaurants and shops, and the São Bento station is just five minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, Wi-Fi, and TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table with six chairs to dine with loved ones. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that the flat is located on a busy street with an Irish pub on the ground floor, so you may hear some lively noise during the day and late at night, including occasional daytime construction sounds.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
